By placing an order on puffinsheds.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by UK law.
All sheds and log stores are made to order. Product photos, descriptions and dimensions on the website are provided as a guide; minor variations may occur.
Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once an order is placed and payment is received, we begin production immediately.
Because our sheds are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded (see Section 5).
Delivery areas are specified on the website. If you are outside our service area, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be impacted by weather, material supply, or manufacturing delays.
The customer must ensure suitable access for delivery. If access is restricted or unsafe, we may rearrange delivery at an additional cost.
Because all sheds are built to your specifications and made to order, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued once production has begun. This is in line with UK consumer laws for bespoke and custom-made products.
If you choose installation:
The site must be level, clear, and accessible before we arrive.
Any delays or extra work required due to an unsuitable base may incur additional costs.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any required planning permissions.
Installation carried out by Puffin Sheds/Kudos Fencing Ltd is covered by a 12‑month workmanship warranty. This covers installation defects only and does not cover:
General wear and tear
Movement or damage caused by an unsuitable base, ground movement, or weather conditions
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modifications made after installation
Timber is a natural material and may expand, contract, or develop small cracks. This is normal and not considered a fault. You are responsible for maintaining the shed, including:
Reapplying wood treatment as required
Ensuring adequate ventilation
Preventing standing water from contacting the shed base
Failure to maintain the product may void any warranty.
Kudos Fencing Ltd is not liable for:
Damage caused by improper installation where the customer installs the shed themselves
Damage caused by lack of maintenance, misuse, or external factors such as storms or flooding
Indirect or consequential losses
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only use your details to process orders, deliver products, and provide customer support.
